I worked in quality control for a while and we make our furniture out of the fabric that our customers want. When our owner and sales people find out there is a flaw with the fabric then I have seen them go out of their way to rectify these issues. There are times that the vinyl our customer ordered had peeled and I have sat in meetings where it is stressed that are Customers are very important to us.. and as a side note. I love working for williamsburg.
